New 72 Hour Heat Packs. For added protection for your plant order be sure to have one or more of these in your shopping cart before you check out. If added to your order we will activate them and pack with your order the day it is mailed unless you note otherwise. If for some reason the box temp falls below freezing (32 degrees) the heat pack will stop working. Heat packs are only good for three days if there is a delay in shipping the plants could be damaged. We cannot make refunds or replacements on plants shipped November to April. We will send you the best plants we have and wrap them in paper and plastic and you can ask for a double wrap if needed.
