Our local weather watcher just tabulated the total rainfall for our area last year at 99 inches!  Our average yearly rainfall is 56 inches, just an incredible amount fell on the end of the year making our clean up and construction very difficult.  We had a good bit of sun yesterday and I noticed that the standing water did not go down, our sandy soil normally drains rapidly but is super saturated now.  More rain in the forecast for at least two days this week.  We did get started moving in the new greenhouse this past week and I will post pictures shortly.
